First fix
At WTM, we deliver all aspects of first fix plumbing and heating for your project, from copper and plastic barrier pipework installations, to above ground SVP and waste pipework. Our highly experienced teams follow strict processes to ensure the highest standards of installation and compliance with building regulations. All of our first fix pipework is tested and witnessed before being signed off as complete. Our first fix services cover the following:
- Gas Carcassing
- SVP installations
- Plumbing and heating
- Concealed shower valves and cisterns
- Shower trays and wet rooms.
Second fix
Our highly skilled teams undertake all second fix plumbing and heating, this typically includes:
- Installation of all boiler types, combination boilers, system boilers or heat only boilers. All of our engineers are GASsafe registered and qualifications can be provided upon request.
- Installation of unvented hot water cylinders. All of our engineers hold G3 Unvented hot water qualifications.
- Installation of all radiators, from standard white panel radiators to designer column radiators.
- Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps.
All of our second fix installations are carried out with copper pipework, to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
Finals
At this stage we will install all sanitary ware and brassware after the tiling has been completed. Once kitchens and utility rooms have been installed, we will make all final connections to the kitchen sinks. The whole installation will be water tested, heat tested and the boiler and hot water cylinder commissioned. The finished product will be handed over along with all certificates and warranties ready for the Homeowner. Finals items usually include:
- Basins, taps, WC
- Shower valves and riser kits. Shower outlets
- Glass shower and bath screens. Towel rails
- Kitchen utility sink connections
- Water testing. Heat testing
- Soil testing
- Labels
- Commissioning, quality control checks
Externals
Supply of materials and installation of gutter and rainwater pipes, and even rainwater capture systems for climate positive builds.
Underfloor Heating
We work closely with our suppliers to provide a bespoke underfloor heating design for you. We can install a variety of different underfloor heating systems depending on your specific requirements and floor levels. We provide a free consultation and quotation.

Depending on the needs of your project, we can estimate and supply all of the materials you require. We have built solid relationships with our suppliers and have access to contract support if required. We can supply:
